    Vol Requirements:
    • At least 17 years old
    • Have keen interest in working with children/youth
    • Have reasonable proficiency in the skills they are sharing
    • Must be confident of putting together a workshop to share the skill
    • Sponsorship welcome (see http://tiny.cc/vol-resources)
    • Have own equipment(s) to be used as necessary if the centre does not have it


    Vacancies:
    • Maximum of 8 persons per time for group volunteering

        About Your Role
        If you have a desire to share and impart skills including sports, singing, dancing, music, guitar, drama, photography, cooking and baking, IT, communications, arts & craft, origami, flower arrangement, we would like to partner you. We invite you to partner us in putting together short workshops to bless our beneficiaries, staff and/or volunteers. 

        As a volunteer, you will get to equip the 9-14 years old children and teenagers coming to the centre with valuable skills. Some of them come from needy families. By sharing skills with them, you help to keep them engaged positively and help develop them as a person. 

        You will leave know that you have made the day for the children/teenagers and also having shaped a young person's life.

        Please do give consideration to sustainability of the project eg can the skill be taught within the period the assignment is taking place and is it simple enough for the participants to continue to pursue that interest/skill after the workshop.
