- Regular/Project Basis/Adhoc/One-off
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri), 9.00am-5.30pm
- Weekends (Sat), 9.00am-5.30pm
- At least 4 hours per session within the above time slots (Lunch hour is from 12.30pm-1.30pm)

Vol Requirements:
Volunteers must:
- at least 15 years old
- be able to be engaged in physical work with second-hand items
- does not have dust allergy
- able to work in a non air-conditioned environment
- have the relevant skills and relevant documentation to show competence for skilled assignments e.g. in repairing PCs etc
Vacancies:
- 1-5
- Maximum of 5 volunteers per session
- Individual & Group Volunteers Welcome

Opportunity Description:
The Salvation Army Red Shield Industries is looking for teams of volunteers to help process and sort general items e.g. clothes, toys, shoes, handbags, kitchenware etc.
Skilled volunteers are also required for the following:
- Computers - to help with repairing, testing and and preparation of second-hand computers for resale e.g. changing and installation of hardware, reprogramming, reformatting and installation of open-source or freewares.
- Electrical appliances - to help with repairing, testing and preparation of second-hand electrical appliances e.g. TV, amplifier, Hi-Fi set, video recorders, cameras, handphones, fridges and washing machines for resale.
- Antique & Artwork - to help with ascertaining the authenticity and condition and suggest pricing.
